How it works

I am located a few miles east of downtown Atlanta in the Edgewood neighborhood. I offer lessons out of my home, with my dog Cocoa to keep us company. If you can’t meet in person, I offer virtual learning.

Payment will be made during the first week of each month, and will cover all sessions within that month. I accept Paypal, Venmo, check, or cash (cash in-person only). You will receive an invoice by e-mail ahead of your first lesson each month.

If you have scheduled and prepaid one month of lessons:

1. With at least 24 hours notice, we will attempt to reschedule the missed lesson within 7 days. If we are unable to make up the missed lesson, it will not be refunded.
2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled.
3. Lessons cancelled by the instructor will be credited to your next invoice.



Adults who purchase one lesson at a time:

1. You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson with no fee.
2. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the cost of one lesson.



*Excessive cancellations may result in discontinuation of tutoring services.

All group members will agree on a recurring time, day, and location. Each group member will prepay for the month, and sessions cannot be refunded if missed. If a group member needs to miss a lesson, we will attempt a private make-up session within the week. There will be an additional cost for the private make-up lesson.
